Another commission for author Peter V. Brett, best-selling author of The Demon Cycle series. This was for the splash page of his website, petervbrett.com, and ended up being a rather accurate illustration of a scene at the end of The Desert Spear where some wood demons try to cause one of the main characters trouble.
